Julie Kerton has successfully served on the Board of Assessment Appeals since 2018. She is a well-regarded member of the Board with a strong track record of professional success.
As a licensed local real estate agent, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. As a realtor, she has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate and housing market and town policies and understands how to work effectively to build consensus. She has worked with buyers and sellers across Fairfield and Litchfield Counties, Connecticut along with Westchester County, New York.
She attended Western Connecticut State University where she studied Business Administration and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College.She also attended Yale Summer Writer’s Workshop and the Gotham Writer’s Workshop and has experience writing grants.
A resident of Brookfield for more than 35 years, Julie is passionate about our community and thrilled to be able to give back to Brookfield.
